Villa Bali Breeze, Lovina

In quiet North Bali, still hardly discovered by tourists, lies Villa Bali Breeze on the green cascading slopes of a hill above the fishing village Lovina. This part of the island has a relatively dry climate with warm temperatures throughout the year. Even during wet season it is mostly sunny and the sky usually clear. Breathtaking is the view from the house over the Bali Sea and the old volcano mountains of Java. Our guests enjoy absolute privacy and a nice mixture of Balinese architecture and modern comfort. Bali Breeze is surrounded by original sawa’s (rice fields) and coconut trees. The house is situated in a beautiful tropical property with fragrant, local trees, colourful bougainvillea, ponds with lotus flowers and tasty banana and mango trees. During the wet period, some terraces are still used for the traditional cultivation of rice. In the dry period, the terraces become a vegetable garden.

Villa Bali Breeze was built with natural materials from the area such as river stone, local wood and the traditional alang alang (grass) roof. While the house features three spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large dining area the open-air living room with the veranda is the true heart of the house. Comfortable sofas, terrazzo tables and original Batavia chairs underline the character of the house: a mix of colonial and traditional style. Villa Bali Breeze is definitely a place to feel at home the moment you arrive.

The villa is situated on the hillside about 3.5 km outside of the centre of Lovina with its restaurants and shops. Driving distance from the airport to Lovina is approx. 2.5 h. A car with driver is available throughout your stay. There are some fantastic diving and snorkelling spots in the area.
